CHRONOS is an independent, in Luxembourg based Investment Management Company, which manages, advises and develops companies with support of private capital.

The company offers Investment Advisory and Investment Management services for clients as e.g. leading European Infrastructure investors, Institutional Investors, Family Offices, Foundations, Corporations and Entrepreneurs.

CHRONOS was founded in 2017 by Michael Reuther an internationally experienced professional Investment Manager with more than 25 years of experience in various asset classes. Michael joined ARDIAN, a leading European Investment House, (ardian.com) in 2007 and in 2020 he moved into an Operating Partner Role continuing working with ARDIAN as a client through mandates e.g. Dealsourcing & Asset Management in the BENELUX and D-A-CH region.

Michael is also founder of R3AMP, an independent Asset Management Company, which develops, finances and manages large assets in the infrastructure sector, primarily in the energy, transport and digital infrastructure industry. R3AMP has offices in Luxembourg, Zürich and Düsseldorf (r3amp.com).
